These Terms govern access and use of the NIRNEXAI Platform.

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Users must have legal capacity to contract under Indian law.

Business users warrant they are authorized to bind their organization.

2. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate information.

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

  • To upload only lawful data & Files
  • To Provide Meeting links
  • To obtain consent before recording meetings
  • Not to upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content
  • Not to reverse engineer the platform
  • Not to misuse AI outputs

4. Third-Party Integrations

NirnexAI a product of Anvika DigiTech Solutions (Proprietary Firm) supports integrations with third-party services, including Google Sheets, Google Drive and other business accounts. By connecting these services, user authorize NirnexAI a product of Anvika DigiTech Solutions (Proprietary Firm) to access and process the selected data solely for the purpose of delivering platform functionality, including analytics, dashboards, reports, meeting intelligence, and AI-powered insights.

You remain the owner of your data at all times. Anvika DigiTech Solutions does not claim ownership of any content accessed through connected third-party services.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to connect, upload, and process data through NirnexAI platform.

5. Meeting Intelligence Consent Clause

Users linking or uploading meeting recordings and Links warrant that:

  • All participants have consented to recording and AI processing
  • Recording and Transcription and the meeting complies with applicable laws
  • The Company is indemnified against violations
  • If meeting participants are from EU, US etc., you may trigger GDPR exposure.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the platform, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, content, documentation, features, colours and any related materials associated with NIRNEXAI, shall remain the exclusive property of its Proprietary Firm ANVIKA DIGITECH SOLUTIONS.

No part of the platform (“NIRNEXAI”) or its contents may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise used for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ANVIKA DIGITECH SOLUTIONS and its Proprietor.

Users retain ownership of uploaded data.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated results:

  • Are informational only
  • Do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice
  • May contain errors or bias

The firm disclaims liability for reliance on such outputs.

8. Subscription & Payments

  • Free & Paid plans may be offered.
  • Fees are non-transferable.
  • Taxes applicable as per Indian law as and when applicable.
  • Flexible refund policy applies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The proprietary firm i.e. ANVIKA DIGITECH SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Data loss
  • Business interruption etc.

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in last 2 months.

10. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify the proprietary firm against:

  • Data protection violations
  • IP infringement
  • Unauthorized recording
  • Misuse of platform

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Policy violations
  • Non-payment
  • Legal compliance etc.

12. Confidentiality

Business data uploaded remains confidential and will not be disclosed except:

  • As required by law
  • With user consent

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Civil Courts in Seraikella, Pin Code – 833219 , Jharkhand (India) shall have jurisdiction.

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved amicably.

If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Seat of arbitration: Seraikella , Jharkhand, India.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control.

16. Modification

We reserve the right to modify Terms at any time.
