This Privacy Policy describes how NIRNEXAI- A Product of Anvika DigiTech Solutions, a proprietary firm owned and operated by Santosh Kumar Mishra, having its registered office at 93, Kansari Tola Ward No 5, Seraikella, Jharkhand – 833219, India (“Proprietary Firm”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, processes, stores and protects personal data through its AI-based Decision Intelligence Platform (“NIRNEXAI”).

This Policy is issued in compliance with:

  • IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011

NIRNEXAI provides an AI-powered integrated Decision Intelligence system combining:

  • Data Intelligence
  • Meeting Intelligence
  • AI-generated analytics and decision support tools

Users may upload:

  • Meeting links (Zoom, Google Meet , Microsoft Teams etc.)
  • Audio/video recordings
  • Business documents & Files
  • Sensitive operational data
  • Financial and potentially sensitive personal data

2. Information We Collect

A. Personal Data

  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company name
  • Login credentials

B. Sensitive Personal Data (as per Indian law)

  • Financial information
  • Confidential business data
  • Meeting transcripts
  • Audio/video recordings
  • Any data voluntarily uploaded by users

C. Automatically Collected Data

  • IP address
  • Device information
  • Browser type
  • Usage logs
  • Cookies & tracking technologies

3. Legal Basis for Processing (DPDP Act 2023)

We process personal data based on:

  • User Consent
  • Performance of Contract
  • Legitimate Use for business improvement
  • Legal Compliance obligations

Users explicitly consent to processing when:

  • Registering on the Platform
  • Uploading files or meeting data and Meeting Links
  • Connecting third-party tools

We do not sell personal data.

5. AI Processing & Automated Decision-Making

The Platform uses Artificial Intelligence to generate outputs, predictions, Forecast , Meeting Summary and insights.

Users acknowledge:

  • AI outputs are algorithmic interpretations.
  • Outputs may contain inaccuracies.
  • Decisions should not be made solely based on AI output without human review.

The Anvika DigiTech Solutions a proprietary firm and Proprietor shall not be liable for business decisions taken solely based on AI outputs.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services such as:

  • Cloud hosting providers & Database (AWS, GCP, Amazon, Supabase etc.)
  • AI model providers, APIs
  • Payment gateways
  • Meeting platform APIs (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams etc.)

Data may be processed or stored outside India depending on service provider infrastructure.

We ensure reasonable contractual safeguards with such providers.

7. Cross-Border Data Transfer

Where data is transferred outside India:

  • Transfers will comply with applicable Indian law
  • Adequate safeguards shall be implemented
  • Users consent to such transfers

8. Data Retention

We retain data:

  • As long as the account is active
  • As required by law
  • Until user requests deletion (subject to legal retention obligations)
  • Data will be retain for a period as per the different subscription plans of the Platform.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable security practices including:

  • Encryption
  • Access control
  • Secure cloud infrastructure
  • Periodic vulnerability assessments

However, no system is 100% secure.

10. User Rights (Under DPDP Act 2023)

Users may:

  • Request access to personal data
  • Request correction
  • Request erasure
  • Withdraw consent
  • Nominate another person in case of incapacity
  • File grievance
  • Request to Delete given data & Uploaded files.

12. Children’s Data

Since there is no strict age restriction, minors using the platform must do so with parental/guardian consent as required under Indian law.

We reserve the right to request age verification.

13. Refund Policy

Refund requests for paid subscriptions or services will be evaluated on a reasonable, case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Anvika DigiTech Solutions. Users must raise a refund request within 24 hrs of purchase. Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of approval, subject to bank/payment gateway processing timelines. Anvika DigiTech Solutions reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on service usage, subscription access, and applicable policy terms.

14. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
